The IMDTB is focused on helping excellent Dog Trainers with their behaviour problem cases, in a way which is responsible and educated.
IMDTB courses cover aspects of problem behaviour in detail - including; behavioural diagnosis, treatment, medication and criteria for success on a behaviour by behaviour basis.

I really enjoyed this course. It's suitable for those starting out or as a refresher and update on current literature. David is an engaging presenter, the materials were great and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Dave is fantastic ! This course is incredibly detailed and explores all avenues that link to noise sensitivity and phobias. The course includes some fantastic case examples to help with understanding. It is also a great refresher for those who have studied behaviour previously and looks into noise sensitivity in a great amount of detail.

Another fascinating webinar packed full of information but delivered in a highly engaging way. As is usual with the IMDTB webinars, this took a multidisciplinary approach to the topic. The webinar equipped learners to better engage with research papers by explaining some of the key methodologies of the studies on the topic as well as the physiological processes investigated. This webinar delivered lots of useful information about the prevention, assessment, and treatment of noise issues, illustrated by thoughtful, detailed, and well explained protocols devised for particular dogs in specific situations. Since noise sensitivity can underlie so many issues with behaviour, this is a course that anyone working with dogs should consider taking.

There was a lot of stuff in this course which really surprised me and made me feel a bit stupid aswell! I'd never even heard of Gas Guns and quite a lot of my notes have "read up on this" scribbled next to them because there was so much evidence that I was completely ignorant of. Its made me totally re-evaluate my own noise sensitive dog and feel a lot more optimistic about helping him feel less anxious on walks. I'm so happy all the amazing IMDT folk have made things happen on zoom, thanks for all your hard work through the lockdown challenges. You all rock! Life would be a bit dull without IMDT geek outs.
This was my first IMDTB course and I had been looking forward to one of Dave Brice's courses - it was brilliant. The course was designed and delivered in such a way that the information was easy to take in yet so in depth. The course notes, emailed a day later, were all Dave’s powerpoint slides - including the links to many up-to-date publications for further reading. The neurological detail was impressive and fascinating to say least, described in such a way for the lay person to understand. It is hard to imagine how all that information was squeezed into one day, yet there was plenty of time for questions and discussion. This course just made me want to do more IMDTB courses.

This was a great day with lots of very helpful information. I have now included habituation to noise into my puppy classes as standard, not just as we approach bonfire night. It is useful to anyone at any level of experience, whether you train or do behaviour work.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course today. Dave covered a huge amount of ground, in bite sized chunks, including the science and practical aspects of these topics.
Great mix of videos, science, case studies and practical examples - thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Another excellent course, I was worried the IMDTB courses would be too overwhelming for me but David Brice's style is so relaxed and he explains things in enough detail with examples based on personal experience that I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Can't stop my brain from whizzing after the noise sensitivity course today. A big big subject, with such a lot to learn, really enjoyed it even though at times my head was spinning trying to get my head around the science!
