I really enjoyed this webinar so much practical information plus it made me take a step back at how I approach certain issues as I find sometimes in discussions online people become a little confrontation so this has a great way to avoid this when dealing with clients and tips on how to handle different situations. I also found it especially useful for working through the home learning course it is a great addition and I would suggest watching it. Thanks for making this accessible.
