Overview

Hi, I'm Hayley, the trainer and behaviourist behind P3 Dog Training and Behaviour in Cheswick Green, Solihull and surrounding areas.

I've been helping dogs and their families since 2016. My background is in veterinary nursing, which taught me how closely health and behaviour are linked. A dog who seems naughty or difficult is often uncomfortable, unwell or worried, and that understanding shapes everything I do.

As a trained veterinary nurse with a BSc in Animal Behaviour & Welfare, trainer and IMDT-qualified behaviourist, I can help whether your dog needs to learn new skills or needs support to feel calmer, safer and more confident in the world around them. You don't need to know which one you need before you get in touch. I'll tell you honestly.

My main areas of expertise are puppies (including pre-puppy visits), adolescent dogs, recall and loose lead walking, although I can help with a variety of other common behavioural concerns. I ask for a vet check before any behaviour work begins, to make sure we're solving the right problem.

P3 stands for Positivity, Play and Praise. No force and no quick fixes, just kind, effective methods that build a relationship you'll both enjoy. I have three children of my own, so I understand busy family life. I'll learn about your routines and build a plan that fits your home, not just a quiet training room.

I work one-to-one, in person around Cheswick Green, Solihull and the surrounding area, and remotely by Zoom.
