Overview

I run Taking The Lead Canine Academy which covers the West Essex area. I provide fun, friendly, informative classes in Epping and around for puppies, dogs of all ages and also dog sports including agility, hoopers, fundog gundog and scent work.
My ethos is to work out how to build the 'team' with the dog and the owner - be it for puppies or for dogs doing activities. If dogs and owners understand each other it makes training easier and more pleasurable for both. I use up-to-date methods of positive reinforcement. Teamwork makes the dream work!
I also offer one-to-one training sessions to cover training in your own environment or behaviour issues.
