My name is Magdalena Jelinska and I am a business owner at Dogs In Trainers. I hold a Master’s Engineer’s Degree in Animal Science and I continuously extend my knowledge and practical experience in animal behaviour and training. Both my passion and my rescue dog’s behavioural problems led me to receive an advanced award in the Practical Aspects of Companion Animal Behaviour and Training (DipCABT) from Centre of Applied Pet Ethology (COAPE Poland) in 2018. I am a member of COAPE Association of Pet Behaviourists and Trainers (CAPBT), an assessed, full member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and Canine Training Professional at the Pet Professional Guild British Isles (PPGBI).
I currently offer individual training sessions for dogs and puppies and behavioural consultations for companion animals through a vet referral. I deal with aggression towards people and other animals, leash reactivity in dogs, overexcitement, separation problems, destructiveness, fear & anxiety, phobias, litter box problems in cats and many others. I strictly follow the CAPBT and IMDT code of ethics educating owners and applying force-free behaviour modification programmes and training methods based on positive reinforcement
