Hi, I really enjoyed the Conference and gained a lot from it in the way of knowledge and new ideas from the first class presenters. I laughed and I also cried (Bretagne the 9/11 dog hero video as lost a golden retriever last year). The venue was excellent and comfortable. I travelled from north Aberdeenshire to attend and it was certainly worthwhile to hear the various speakers who I did not know of before. I have been going to courses in Edinburgh and came to the Conference purely as a pet owner to learn more to train my own dogs and think that the IMDT provides well for people like myself and not just people working in the industry. Looking forward to attending another course in the future. Thanks to all involved in organising the event and to Steve for keeping it all going :)

This was my first dog trainer conference ever (plenty in my past working life so I know what a good one looks like) and I thought it was awesome. All the speakers were great and have brought so much back to put into practice and share with dog trainer and handler friends. In addition everyone was friendly and helpful, both IMDT and the hotel staff and the lunches were outstanding in terms of conference food, yummy and plentiful. I now have to go off and try and assimilate all I have learned. When I teach I ask people to go away and think about what they have learned and how it will change what they do - need to set aside some time follow my own advice. Thanks to everyone who played a part in making it such a great success.

An awesome conference, over the last 3 years I have attended many courses and conference, to be honest don't have a bad thing to say about any of them. If I pick the IMDT conference in terms of the speakers, plus how it was organised and ran, it's up there with the best of the best. Conferences can be intense learning and tiring, “in a really good way”, back to back speakers and short breaks, of course we want to fit in as much as we can and have our brains stretched in terms of learning and thinking, the only thing I may change would be slightly longer breaks, even if that meant one less speaker in any given day. Awesome conference and a great bunch of speakers and attendees. Well done!
